Do I need experience to start?
Please bring your ID, insurance card, medical history, and a referral from your doctor (if applicable). Arrive 15 minutes early to fill out any forms.
Are courses certified/CEU-eligible?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. Avoid wearing tight or restrictive clothes. We may also suggest specific exercises to practice before your appointment.
How long do I have access to the course?
Sessions typically last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the treatment plan. Your therapist will inform you about the expected duration for your specific sessions.
Can I get a refund?

What is the payment method?
